William Howard Bucher, 55, of Glenville, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at his home.
William was born on May 30, 1962 in Freeport, NY to Joan Jacobson Bucher and the late William Bucher.
He graduated from Burnt Hills Ballston Lake High School, class of 1981. He worked for KAPL, Niskayuna, NY as a tinsmith. William was a member of the Charlton Volunteer Fire Dept. He was an avid hiker, played base and guitar in various local bands, was a very spiritual person, and enjoyed jokes.
William is survived by his daughter, Taylor Kay Bucher of Charlton, NY; son, Jesse Bucher of Charlton, NY and sister, Kathleen Ann Bucher-McCrea of Clifton Park, NY.
Services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 8 p.m. at the Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Inc., Scotia, NY. Calling hours will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
