Timothy "T.C." Baumgartner, 83, of Charlton passed away peacefully on Thursday April 21, 2022 at Saratoga Hospital.
He was born Sept. 30, 1938 at his grandparent's farm in Charlton.
Son of the late Joseph and Lena (Bielecki). T.C. was a graduate of Scotia High School class of 1956. Entered the Army 1961-1963. Worked retail and later started his own pest control business named The Bug Man. He was motorcycle and firearms enthusiast.
Married to his beloved wife Carol (Dubois) for 57 years. He was a devoted father of P.J.(Ulrike) Germany. Jamie (Melissa) Wyoming. Grandfather of Yvonne (Amine) Zaydi. Great-grandfather of Jason, Julie, Enrico, Elyas, Elin of Germany. Grandfather of Kerry (Kenneth) Westenberger. Great-grandfather of Kenny of Hawaii. Grandfather of the late A.J. Spooner (2008). Brothers Dan (Meem) Texas Joe (Ann) Tennessee. Lee (Mary) Massachusetts.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Bekkering Funeral Home, 1 Mohawk Ave. Scotia
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. 400 Saratoga Rd. Glenville. Interment at Saratoga National Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in T.C.'s name to the Ronald McDonald house or an animal shelter of your choice.
