Rudolph John Schultz

Rudolph J. Schultz, 86, of Glenville, NY, passed away on July 22, 2017 at Ellis Hospital with his Loving Family by his side.

He was born November 23, 1930 in Schenectady, NY and resided in Hoffmans his entire Life He was a member of Cranesville Reformed Church. He spent many hours at the rock with family, friends and those who were fortunate enough to happen by.

He married Alice M. (Oddy) Schultz on February 2, 1962. She predeceased him on November 26, 2011.

He was also predeceased by his parents, the late Rudolph and Meta Schultz and his son, Rudolph J. Schultz Jr. Survivors include Cindy (David) Armstrong, Mary (Paul) Brassard, Ruth (Mitchell) Kelly, William R. Schultz and his beloved dog, Sammy. His sisters, Marie Bliss and Carol Smith; nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Services will be on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Inc., 1 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia, NY 12302.

Burial to follow at the Glenville Cemetery.
