Robb L. Clemons, 62, of Glenville, NY, passed away on May 20th, 2023 at Ellis Hospital. Born on July 4, 1960 in Schenectady, Robb attended Scotia-Glenville Schools followed by receiving his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Schenectady County Community College. Robb trained and worked at many local restaurants before managing and later purchasing Dairy Circus as his own from his parents. He was a dedicated business man and a family man to his wife and two children, being heavily involved until the very end. Most recently he enjoyed watching sports, jeopardy and assisting in the homeownership process with his family.
Robb was incredibly involved with the community throughout his life. Through his successful business, Dairy Circus, he made numerous donations and prepared food for various community events. He was a past member of the Glenville Hills Fire Departments, Scotia-Glenville Elks Club, Guan Ho Ha, Best Hunting Club, the Schenectady Yacht Club and coached youth basketball during this lifetime. Robb loved spending time with family, the outdoors, traveling, socializing with friends and listening to music. He enjoyed taking his boat out on the Mohawk River and riding his Harley around town. Robb lived his life with strong convictions and in the way he wanted, always ready to rock n' roll. He will be forever remembered as a respected and loved friend to many.
Robb is predeceased by his parents Bruce and Alberta (Eckerson) Clemons. He is survived by his wife Doreen, together for over 40 years, and his children Brooke and Ryan Clemons. Robb is also survived by siblings Gary (Susan Dziuba) Clemons, Darlene (Russell) Zampella, Bryon (Donna) Clemons and Kateri Clemons.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday May 25, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Scotia, NY. A memorial service will also be held at this location on Friday May 26 at 10 a.m. Burial will take place at the family's convenience.
