Rita L (Batzinger) Costanzo

Rita L Costanzo, 71, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 19, 2024. Born to the late Fred & Clara Batzinger on August 12, 1953 in Schenectady NY.

Rita graduated from Scotia Glenville High in 1972 and retired in 2019 from the Saratoga Springs CSD where she loved her school family.

Rita is survived by her daughter Jennifer and her husband Jed Barrows, her two grandsons Jakob and Carter. Sisters Susan Austin and Ann (Bill) Gauger, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 24. Friends and family may call from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home located at 1 Mohawk Ave Scotia NY.
