Eva (Lawrence) Stanton

Eva Stanton, 90, of Scotia, NY, died Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.

Eva was born on March 8, 1932, in Hudson, NY, to the late Adam and Ginny Lawrence. She was a lifetime area resident.

Eva is survived by her sons William M. Stanton, James A. Stanton and Daniel J. Stanton. Grandmother of Michael J. Stanton, Ryan P. Stanton and Cara K. Shahbandi. Great Grandmother of Chloe Shahbandi, Matthew Shahbandi, Rose Stanton and Owen Stanton.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:30pm, Monday, August 8, 2022, at St. John the Evangelist Church, in Schenectady.

Calling hours will be Sunday, August 7, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Inc., 1 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia, NY.

Burial will be at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna, NY.
