Colleen Gibbons Ruzza

Colleen Gibbons Ruzza of Scotia, NY died January 8, 2022 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady, NY. Colleen was born on November 14, 1950 and was a graduate of the Scotia-Glenville High School.

Colleen was predeceased by her parents Kenneth T. Gibbons and Jane Compton Gibbons and her sister Shelly J. Wunning.

Colleen is survived by her son, Shane T. Willsey, of Schenectady; Richard J. Ruzza; stepmother, Susan A. Giobbons of Guilderland; brother, Patrick M. (Mary) Gibbons of Scotia; sisters, Kim J. (Rob) Mihuta of Vermont, Cheryl A. (Robert) Walsh of South Jamesport and Michele E. Woods of Guilderland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Colleen’s name to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Avenue, Scotia, NY 12302.

A private service will be held at a later date.
