Christina A (Greco) Burchhardt

Christina A. Burchhardt 90, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2021 surrounded by the love of her family.

Christina was born in Amsterdam, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Greco.

She was a graduate of Wilbur Lynch High School in Amsterdam.

Christina was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Christina loved her family and was devoted to making large family dinners.

Christina was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years George Burchhardt on May 8, 2015.

She is survived by her daughter, Christina (John) Spellman, two sons, Otto Burchhardt and Bruce (Shelly) Burchhardt. Six grandchildren, Jason Flanigan, Emily Spellman, Mark Burchhardt, Matthew Burchhardt, Evan Burchhardt and Morgan Burchhardt. Five Great-grand daughters, Amelia, Norah and Hailey Flanigan, Olivia and Madeline Burchhardt.

Calling hours will be Monday September 6, 2021 at the Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home, Inc., 1 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia, NY from 6-7:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10am at the Immaculate Conception Church, 400 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY. Burial will take place in the West Charlton Cemetery.
