Carole Maiuccoro-Koch Obituary

Carole A. Maiuccoro-Koch borne February 29, 1952 passed away peacefully in her home Monday morning on December 25,2023 of Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).

Daughter of the late Guerino (Goody) Maiuccoro, (founder of Imperial Pools) and Ann Maiuccoro (Della Venturo).

Carole had many successes as a realtor, manager of her husband's Land Surveying Practice, owned her own business painting equine art on fine glassware and as a top - rated personal trainer at Golds Gym. She had a passion for horses and played polo across the state.

Carole is survived by her husband of 43 years, Raymond A. Koch, her brother Gary Maiuccoro (Cindy), Daughter, Carla Hopkins (Ryan), her Sister Rose Lantz, Step children Jackie Bekkering (Randy), Erik Koch and Jason Koch, and many nieces , nephews, step grandchildren & great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her Sister Joanne DiBianco and Brother John Maiuccoro.

A special thank you to Nicholas Gleckman, who has been her constant companion for the past 5 years assisting her through her struggle with MSA.

Family and friends are invited and may call on Sunday January 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bekkering Ellis Funeral Home, 1 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia, New York. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any local SPCA, or Montomery County Hospice.
