Ann Murray-Juliano, 83 of Rotterdam NY passed away at home surrounded by her family, after a long battle with Corticobasal Degeneration.
Born on March 1, 1938 in Gloversville, NY to George E. Anderson and Gladys (Dye) Anderson. Ann worked as Court Clerk for the Town of New Hartford, NY and was appointed Acting Village Justice for New Hartford NY. As Justice, Ann was honored to officiate many marriages including those of family and friends.
Ann was on several bowling and golfing leagues and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing and quilting.
She was a 1955 graduate of Ilion Central High School.
In 1966 she was married to Robert E. Murray of Utica, NY for 23 years and remained friends until his passing in 1991. In 1997, she married Salvatore "Sam" Juliano of Naples, FL and resided there for 7 years after his passing in 1998, then moving to Rotterdam NY in 2005.
Ann is survived by her sister, Betsy (Michael) Tobin of Scotia, NY; Nephew Joshua (Kelly) Tobin; Daughter Robin (Nick) Ragucci of Rotterdam, NY; Granddaughters Kaitlin & Hayley Garrison; Stepchildren Gail (Mike) Nellenback, Terry (Rick) Frosino, Robert L. Murray; and 10 Step Grandchildren.
Services will be held at Bekkering-Ellis Funeral Home 1 Mohawk Ave, Scotia NY with calling hours on Wed. April 14 from 5-7 p.m.
Burial on Thursday April 15, 11am Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frankfort, NY.
